Terpenes are non-polar oil-based hydrocarbons, that in pure form, can be very potent and sometimes volatile, flammable, and even corrosive compounds. For this reason, they should strictly be used by experienced and trained manufacturers and we advise those who are unfamiliar with these compounds to exercise caution.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
Lab Effects and/or its licensors own all their respective intellectual property contained on www.labeffects.com. As a customer and/or user/view of the site, you are granted a limited license only for the purposes of viewing the material contained on the site. Certain areas of the site may be restricted from access and Lab Effects at any time may further restrict access to you at any time at its sole discretion.

Lab Effects assumes no responsibility and the customer indemnifies them from any liability for the improper use of the products. Lab Effects does not make any health claims about any of their products and recommend consulting with a qualified medical doctor or physician if any adverse reaction occurs due to the use of the products. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Lab Effects nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or its products.

7. INDEMNIFICATION:
You hereby fully indemnify Lab Effects from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Colorado within the United States, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States of America for the resolution of any disputes.
