Shipping Policy

PROCESSING ORDERS
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of purchase. Orders made on Friday will not be processed until Monday. Due to frequent carrier delays, we also recommend adding 2-4 days to the shipping times presented at checkout.

All liabilities are with the buyer. Lab Effects is not responsible for delivery failures, lost or stolen goods, or delays caused by any carrier. Customers must request insurance if desired prior to payment. Lab Effects does not provide insurance and is not responsible for insurance claims placed with or denied by any carrier. Payment or requesting shipping of goods prior to payment confirms acceptance of terms.

‍ADDITIONAL SHIPPING TERMS - WRONG ADDRESS
‍Lab Effects is not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses. It is your responsibility to ensure the information you provide is correct. We will ship to the address in our system. If this is not the correct address, contact us to make necessary changes immediately (info@labeffects.com). Orders can ship same day, so you must inform us right away to make the necessary updates. Any order shipped to the wrong address will be up to the customer to pay any additional shipping rates to reship the order. Lab Effects will NOT refund the shipping charges or cover any new/additional shipping charges to reship items.
