Returns

RETURNS:
Because Lab Effects products are manufactured and packaged following Food Grade manufacturing standards, we may only accept a return of a product if the original shipping package has not been opened. We will not accept the returned goods and will not refund the purchase if the package your order was shipped in has been opened. All returns must be shipped in the original shipping box/container. All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of receiving the package. You must also contact Lab Effects prior to returning any item at info@labeffects.com or by calling 720.524.6369

REFUNDS:
Due to the nature of our manufacturing processes, all sales are final after the order has been fulfilled. We define a fulfilled order as one that has been packaged up and a shipping label has been printed. If you request a refund prior to the order being fulfilled, then we can refund that order. However, once an order has been fulfilled, we will not issue a refund.
