Ingredients1 Tbsp Grapeseed Oil1 Cup Frozen Peas1 Cup Fennel (Small Chop)1 Cup Spinach3 Cloves Garlic (Minced)1 Leek - Bottom Part (Diced)1 LemonMint2 Cups White Chicken Stock50mg CBD Global's CBD isolate3 drops Beta-PineneInstructions1. Bring the stock just to a boil and remove from heat.2. Heat a frying pan to medium-low and add grapeseed oil. Add fennel, season with salt & pepper and cook until it becomes soft. Add garlic at the end and lightly toss. Remove from heat.3. Using a blender or Vitamix, puree the cooked garlic fennel, frozen peas, mint, lemon juice, salt, pepper and stock. Using a fine mesh strainer, pass the puree through into a separate bowl.4. Add CBD Oil and Beta-Pinene to puree.5. Serve at room temperature! (If you reheat this sauce, the beta-pinene will evaporate and you may lose some of the CBD potency).Pairs well with poached seafood! Enjoy!
